LIGHT THE TORCH is a burgeoning new force within the hard rock/metal community who just inked a new world-wide deal with Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The group, formerly known as Devil You Know, features the iconic Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage) on vocals, Francesco Artusato (ex-All Shall Perish) on guitars and Ryan Wombacher (ex-Bleeding Through) on bass and Mike “Scuzz” Sciulara on drums.

Howard Jones – Howard is an icon in the world of Hard Rock/Heavy Metal. His vocal style and range are the envy of most singers. As powerful in person as they are in recorded material, Howard delivers with a passion that will leave you in awe.

Francesco Artusato – What can we say….we are a guitar festival of course we love Francesco! Born in Italy Francesco is a product of a very musical family. He started playing saxophone at the age of 14 and switched to guitar when he was 19. A Suma Cum Laude graduate from Berklee College of Music in 2006, he relocated to Los Angeles where he has been busy with recording, touring and teaching.

Ryan Wombacher – Ryan has been a well known part of the Metal world since first appearing in the Metalcore band “Bleeding Through”. Since then Ryan has earned the respect of Metal fans the world over with his work in Devil You Know and now Light The Torch. This new work spans the gap from his early Metalcore roots and shows his true versatility as a do it all keeper of the low end.

Mike “Scuzz” Sciulara – For the past 4 years Mike has called the roads, truck stops, and airports all over the world his home. With a tireless work ethic, undeniable passion, intensity and exuberance on and off the kit, Mike has made his face and skills well known all over the world. He has performed with such bands as ENDWELL (Mediaskare Records), This is Hell (Rise Records), First Blood (Bullet Tooth Records), UNEARTH (Metalblade Records), and A Loss For Words (Rise Records). Mike is currently keeping time for Light The Torch and his crisp powerful delivery creates a solid foundation for the crunchy powerful style that Light The Torch delivers.
